The most important part: We need a current photo of your hair.
This photo needs to be taken from multiple angles in natural light. We cannot stress natural light enough, it’s the only clear way to see what’s going on! This helps us decide what to book you for and how much time we will need to help you achieve your desired look.

bangbang Salon Client Policies
Out of respect for our stylists and their time, we will now require a minimum 48-hour notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. With consideration to busy schedules, confirmation texts and emails are sent 72 hours in advance, in hopes of allowing ample time to make adjustments to personal schedules.
When you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, our stylists miss the opportunity to fill that opening and are not compensated for their time.
If you do not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to cancellation fees according to Salon Policy:
If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
For no call, or no-shows for any appointment, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Please note, all color-correction services or services requiring an extended appointment time, may be subject to a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
If you will not be on time for your service, please call as soon as possible. This will give your stylist time to see if she can make any adjustments in her schedule to ensure your appointment can be executed as planned. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling at the stylists’ discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify services as needed to stay on time for following appointments.
In agreement with this policy above, all clients will be required to have a valid credit card on file at the time of booking their appointment.
